A full French breakfast is served from 7 a. M (weeks) to 10 a. M. This very quiet and comfortable B & B in town is within 10 minutes walking or driving distance of the city center, Pilat National Park and various landmarks of the area. A superb family home in town ideal to visit St. Etienne, its surroundings, and the Loire (42) department or for business travellers. Very close to Firminy (Le Corbusier), Lyon (69) and Le Puy-en-Velay (43). Free parking within the property, garden, swimming pool. | THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENTThe Villa Roassieux is setting in the heart of St. Etienne amidst a lovely garden. It is within 10-15 minutes walking or driving distance of the city center (shopping, restaurants). Upper National schools (Mines, Commerce, Engineers...) are very closed : 4 to 8 minutes walking. The highway (N88 access nr. 21) is at a driving distance of 2 minutes and you can easily reach all parts of St. Etienne and next cities (Firminy with Le Corbusier place (10 km), Lyon (58 km). If you come for some vacation : Pilat National Park is at a distance of 5 km and you can even go for a walk from the Villa. You will be at St. Etienne golf or at the football ground in a few minutes. Several museums (art and industry, modern art, mine), the design biennale in November every 2 years. Many shows : at the Opera-Theater, the Zenith, It only takes 10 minutes to go to the train station. Many buses to go to the center of the city or to other places. Our gated property allows for a private and secure parking area. The Villa Roassieux in St Etienne is very convenient to visit the area : 35 min. From Montbrison and the Forez Plain (Batie d'Urfé castle) ; 45 min. From Lyon and 1 h from Le Puy-en-Velay or Roanne. St Etienne and the Loire region in Rhône-Alpes, in Massif Central, between Auvergne and Bourgogne. Top |
