Built in the late eighteen to early nineteen hundreds, the house is named after Saint-Malo’s Athanaze Le Jolif the 17th century privateer. The villa has been completely refurbished to become a luxury guesthouse, decorated in keeping with its old French bourgeois style we combined with modern accessories for a touch of warmth and comfort.
